What You’ll Do
- Support life-changing programs: Receive, organize, and distribute food and supplies that families depend on, ensuring proper storage, stock rotation, and quality control.
- Execute delivery & logistics with excellence: Plan routes, coordinate schedules, track shipments, and manage delivery documentation while safely loading, transporting, and unloading goods with care and precision.
- Maintain vehicles & ensure safety: Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance, maintain logs, and report issues promptly to ensure safe and reliable transportation.
- Maintain our facility with excellence: Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs (including painting, minor fixes, and upkeep), clean and sanitize common areas and restrooms, and support seasonal needs such as landscaping and snow removal.
- Support events & operations: Set up and break down spaces for events and special projects, ensuring facilities are functional, safe, and ready to serve.
- Manage inventory & organization: Monitor inventory levels, receive donations, maintain organized storage areas, and track supplies using inventory systems to ensure efficiency and readiness.
- Career & problem-solving: Partner with staff, vendors, and contractors to address maintenance needs, schedule repairs, and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Provide administrative support: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with scheduling maintenance and coordinating logistics.
- Deliver outstanding service: Respond to requests and resolve concerns from staff, volunteers, and community members with professionalism, care, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking, and mission-driven
- Experience in delivery, logistics, facilities, or a related field
- Ability to safely lift and move 50–75 lbs. on a regular basis
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Forklift certification
- Delivery or specialized truck training experience
- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics
- Knowledge of Delivery & Facilities Operations: Understanding of delivery logistics, safe driving practices, traffic laws, and basic facilities maintenance procedures.
- Safety & Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of proper handling, transportation, and storage of goods, along with adherence to safety regulations and organizational policies.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail & Dependability: Demonstrates consistent reliability and accuracy in completing tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency in all responsibilities.
- Technical & Maintenance Skills: Basic proficiency in facility repairs and maintenance tasks, including the use of tools and equipment.
- Communication & Teamwork: Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, vendors, and community members.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Capable of multitasking, responding to changing priorities, and addressing challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving materials, and supporting daily facilities and delivery operations.

Pay Range
$22.00 Hourly to $27.00 Hourly
