Facilities Coordinator I
About the role
The Facilities Coordinator I plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our new Pharmacy Warehouse in McDonough, GA. Reporting to Pharmacy Operations leadership, this position focuses on building operations and hospitality, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the initial point of contact for the building and manages the guest check-in process.
- Serves as the primary access control point, vetting visitors and managing security protocols.
- Supports onsite meetings and assists with logistics for company-wide events.
- Submits purchase requisitions and coordinates vendor payments.
- Maintains stock levels for office and break room supplies and coordinates restocking.
- Responds to facility concerns and conducts daily walk-throughs to identify and resolve issues.
- Coordinates preventative maintenance visits and assists with emergency procedure drills and training.
- Coordinates access badges for staff and visitors, including monitoring video systems.
- Escorts external vendors during visits and ensures work is completed safely and according to protocol.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and records compliance with safety and security protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in an administrative, reception, or tenant services capacity.
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a calm environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Working conditions include exposure to dogs and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.

Pay
Pay range (US based applicants): $19.60 - $24.00 / hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
Schedule
This is an on-site role based at our new Pharmacy Warehouse in McDonough, GA. The position is to work during our operating hours of Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM ET.
