Facilities Condition Assessor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Condition Assessor to join our team of problem-solvers. In this role, you will contribute to the sustainment of large campuses of facilities by assessing and managing real property data. You’ll work closely with clients and team members to develop effective facilities repair and maintenance strategies that directly impact the quality and sustainment of various federal sites.

Job Type - Remote: This position can be located anywhere in the continental United States. You must be willing to travel to multiple worksites around the country.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive on-site visual assessments of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE), evaluating all systems and components associated with facilities and structures, to determine operating efficiency, capacity, and remaining life expectancy.
