Facilities Command Center Technician

About the role

As an Operations Center Technician, you'll help maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data
• Cooking and eating at reasonable prices
• Ensuring a safe environment and helping restore normal operations quickly and effectively
• Working closely with internal teams and emergency services

Requirements

• Live affordably in a city known for its rising tech talent
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available)

Schedule

Second and third shifts, as well as weekends, are available.
