Responsibilities
- Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities of the Live! Casino and Hotel property.
- Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators.
- Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.
- Preventative maintenance as scheduled on all equipment.
- Responsible to ensure thorough proper maintenance and repair of the Live! Casino and Hotel facility, the safety and security of all guests and team members.
- Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts.
- Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop.
- Chemicals used in maintenance.
- Ladders, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
- Complete knowledge of all facilities and entertainment available to guests.
- Other duties as assigned.
