Job Summary
The Facilities Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in a retail branch location. By ensuring the branch is consistently clean and well-maintained, the Facilities Associate supports a positive customer experience while aligning with the operational goals of our store teams.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail branch environment
- Perform daily janitorial tasks, including sweeping, restroom and breakroom cleaning, and dusting shelves
- Clean and sanitize flat surfaces such as manager counters, phones, and cart handles
- Operate floor scrubbers and maintain floor cleanliness throughout the branch
- Handle outdoor cleanup, including trash removal and seasonal maintenance
- Support a positive customer experience through consistent building upkeep
- Align facility maintenance efforts with the goals of sales, merchandising, and inventory teams
- Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management
- Education: This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.
