Facilities Associate

About the role

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Facilities Associate to maintain corporate facilities and grounds. The role involves lawn maintenance, inventory management, trash removal, and various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility grounds, including lawn maintenance
• Manages inventory and replenishes office and shop supplies
• Removes trash and debris from facility grounds
• May assist with snow removal and property cleanup after inclement weather
• Engages in light painting, replacing bulbs, hanging pictures, removing trash, and general facilities maintenance
• Assists in assembling/building furniture, tool room operations, air compressor room maintenance, and sprinkler control
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2-4 years of facilities experience or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience
• Operational knowledge of lawn care equipment and tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow instructions, show attention to detail, and solve problems
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Availability to work assigned schedules, extended hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Forklift experience preferred
• Commercial lawn maintenance experience preferred
• Warehouse/tool room experience in the construction industry preferred
