About the role

We curate 'Sessions of Vitality' for companies and individuals, combining creativity, wellbeing, and personal/team development. These immersive experiences aim to energize individuals, groups, leaders, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging workshops, sessions, programs, retreats, and more.
• Propose sessions that can be interactive (e.g., confidence workshops, art, cocktail-making) or passive (e.g., meditation, music performance).
• Work in various locations including Paris, Sydney, Tallinn, New York, and Singapore.
• Set your own rates for sessions.
• Promote your services through Culture Vitale’s platform.
• Be featured in our cultural magazine/journal and presented at the Chamber of Work & Culture.

Requirements

• Passionate facilitators with experience.
• Expertise in wellness, arts/artisanal, or coaching.
• Experience working with groups, teams, or individuals.
• The relevant legal right to work independently (freelancer, company).
• Fluent in local language and English (conversational).
• Comfortable working with groups/professionals.
• Reliable, creative, and excited to share your craft with new audiences.
