About the role

The Facilitation Program Associate supports the growth and development of individual facilitators through structured observation, feedback, coaching, and certification. They contribute to the broader facilitation program and play a crucial role in helping Noble achieve its goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and development of individual facilitators through structured observation, feedback, coaching, and certification.
  • Contribute to the broader facilitation program.
  • Develop and deliver facilitation workshops and skill-building sessions as needed.
  • Support the facilitator certification process, including practice sessions, walk-throughs, certification assessments, and record-keeping.
  • Conduct structured observations of facilitators during live and practice sessions and deliver timely, actionable feedback grounded in Noble's facilitation competency framework.
  • Maintain individual development plans for facilitators in active training and direct facilitators to appropriate learning resources.
  • Support the tracking and documentation of facilitation performance records at the individual facilitator level.
  • Assist with the contract and partner facilitator pipeline, including onboarding support, certification tracking, and readiness assessment.
  • Participate in the implementation of new delivery models, including the Regional Expert integration framework, as directed by facilitation leadership.
  • Design and implement consistent training tools, frameworks, and resources that support facilitator development across experience levels and advisor types.
  • Guide facilitators in understanding effective teaching methodologies and application of those for various audiences and settings.
  • Make recommendations regarding methods and techniques and support facilitators through problem solving and improvising.
  • Prepare contract facilitators and regional experts for session delivery, including pre-session briefings, preparation support, and post-session debrief.
  • Coordinate with facilitator managers to communicate expectations, share development updates, and align on individual facilitator progress.
  • Gather information (customer/peer feedback) and evaluate through observation to identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to enable development.
  • Support cross-functional connections by participating in feedback channels with instructional designers and participating in product launch and revision conversations.

Requirements
