About the role

As a Healthcare Payer Functional/Technical Lead, you will make an impact by leading Facets System Integration initiatives and delivering innovative solutions that support healthcare payer operations. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Product Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, business stakeholders, solution architects, and global delivery teams to drive successful transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and Joint Application Design (JAD) discussions with client stakeholders.
• Analyze existing payer systems, interfaces, and business processes to identify solution opportunities and transformation strategies.
