Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and assemble metal components
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, presses, brakes, and laser systems
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality, dimensional, and safety standards
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production schedules
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong dependability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read tape measure increments of 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32"
• Ability to convert fractions to decimals
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
