Fabricator

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment, including band saws and other types of saws, to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other specialized insulation.
- Accurately measure material for efficiency.
- Maintain quality and housekeeping.
- Ensure production levels are met daily.
- Comply with all safety requirements.
- Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
- Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment (preferred).
- Able to be medically certified to wear respirator (if required).
- Basic computer skills (preferred).
- Forklift certified.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- This is a safety sensitive position.
Physical Requirements
This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.
Travel
Local travel required, less than 10%.

Pay
Compensation range: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
