Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
• Perform welding, grinding, and finishing tasks to meet quality and safety standards.
• Inspect fabricated components for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and working in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding certifications (MIG, TIG, or Stick).
• Experience with sheet metal, stainless steel, or aluminum fabrication.
• Knowledge of shop tools and fabrication equipment.

Pay & Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $[17.20] per hour for Fabricator I, $[19.35] per hour for Fabricator II, and $[20.60] per hour for Fabricator III.
• Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
