Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA. We are looking for a Fabricator to work in our manufacturing machine shop who will work closely with manufacturing teams to support tooling and production needs for our robot lines. Responsibilities Fabricate complex parts and assemblies Provide feedback and solutions to improve designs and create efficiencyAssist Engineers and Technicians with their projectsProvide training to individuals who require use of the equipment in the shop. Including Engineers/Technicians/etcPerform preventative maintenance and repair on machines and equipmentMaintain inventory of supplies and raw materials within the shopMaintain an open and safe environment where teams can collaborateDocument and track workflow Requirements 5+ years of experience in a related industryStrong welding and fabrication skillsProficient with manual mills and manual lathesAbility to tackle problems in which you may not have expert knowledgeMust be able to work in a fast paced and collaborative environmentAbility to understand engineering documentationExceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsSafety conscious, dependable, and a positive attitude Bonus Qualifications CATIA experienceCNCJIRA The US base pay range for this full-time position is between $45/hr-$70/hr The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
