Fabricator

Job Duties

• Perform breakout operations by separating parts from sheet metal using a mallet
• Sort, organize, and count fabricated parts
• Use hand tools such as dyna-files, belt sanders, and cordless drills to deburr and smooth metal edges
• Operate PEM machines to install hardware into sheet metal components
• Read blueprints to determine hardware placement and part specifications
• Absorb cabinet components
• Work closely with team members to ensure accurate part handling and production flow
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints
• Ability to use hand tools and shop equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including swinging a mallet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay

• Flexible start time between 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM
• Full-time daylight shift
• 2nd Shift available as well
