What You'll Do
- Assist with loading fabricated rebar onto trailers and unloading stock materials
- Attend training sessions for all relevant equipment and machinery
- Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
- Operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
- Operate rebar fabrication equipment including shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, forging equipment, and welders
- Participate in CMC safety programs and actively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
- Perform cross-functional machine operations to support workflow flexibility
What You'll Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required for success in this role
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work overtime as required, including planned schedules and unplanned emergency situations
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
Your Education
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
