Fabrication Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Willingness to work in multiple areas of concentration ranging from carpentry to hand grinding and polishing
• Assist with finishing materials such as cleaning and grinding metal materials
• Assist with assembling and building components used for various sets
• Safely handle miscellaneous materials
• Play a support role on a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping and productivity
• Absorb and apply verbal and written instructions
• Assist in cleaning equipment and work areas
• Prep and paint equipment as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Able to operate hand and power tools and measuring instruments
• Able to safely stand or sit for 95% of working shift
• Capable of lifting and shifting up to 70lbs
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience: $20 per hour
