Fabrication Supervisor Weekend Shift

Essential Responsibilities
- Drive daily production performance, ensuring on-time order fulfillment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Encourage, support, and provide guidance to production team
- Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
- Lead Performance Management Process across areas of responsibility for effectiveness, timeliness, and expected outcomes for overall business strategies and goals
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives on production flow and resource alignment, process efficiency and effectiveness by using LEAN manufacturing principles
Position Requirements
- 5+ years supervisory experience in a fabrication department
- Knowledge of methods, practices, tools and materials used in CNC machining and CNC programming
- Ability to coach and motivate employees
- Proven supervisory track record and sound organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Experience with maintaining continuous flow lines, line balancing, and other related production optimization techniques to include application of Lean manufacturing principles
- Required to work weekend shift (Friday - Sunday) 6am to 6pm
