  • Upload and manage technical specifications, drawings, and customer documentation using Agile PLM.
  • Apply expert knowledge of sheet metal processes—including CNC punching, press brake bending, welding (TIG/MIG/Spot), industrial painting/powder coating, and final mechanical assembly—to define optimized production paths.
  • Review customer design files and engineering change orders (ECOs) to ensure all specifications are achievable and properly documented.
  • Take full ownership of REACH and RoHS certifications, ensuring all materials and components meet global environmental and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to refine routings and processes to improve yield and reduce cycle times.

Required Technical Skills

  • System Proficiency: Advanced experience with Agile PLM and standard ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with environmental compliance tracking (REACH, RoHS, and Conflict Minerals).
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret complex GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and 3D CAD models.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical experience).
