About the role

Join our production team as an Operator and gain hands-on experience with automated manufacturing technology. This role offers the chance to develop valuable technical skills while contributing to high-quality production in a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and adjust automated machinery for production runs by configuring equipment and calibrating machines
  • Maintain optimal production flow by monitoring automated equipment performance and adjusting parameters
  • Conduct regular quality inspections on output to ensure products meet established standards
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep

  • Automation Integration — foundational level; operating automated machinery within the production cell
  • Digital Literacy — developing level; using digital systems to monitor equipment and record production data
  • Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; performing inspections to verify product meets specifications
  • Problem Solving — developing level; identifying and resolving minor technical issues during production
  • Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; following safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
  • Leverage Methodology — foundational level; supporting waste reduction and efficiency improvements on the production floor
