About the role
The Global Treasury Advisory Services team is a dedicated and market-leading national practice, supported by treasury professionals in a diverse range of areas. We provide tailored treasury insights to our clients, including public and private businesses, financial services organizations, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and manage delivery teams using your treasury process experience.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure products and deliverables meet contract and work plan specifications and deadlines.
- Support the delivery of high-quality work by participating in FIS Integrity implementations and other treasury projects.
- Provide supervision and mentoring to staff and interns (where applicable).
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
- Assist with the development of client deliverables and engagement documentation.
- Present EY's services to clients as requested.
Requirements
- Completed FIS Integrity training or significant FIS Integrity TMS technical implementation experience.
- Direct involvement in past FIS Integrity implementations or enhancement projects.
- Strong technical expertise across FIS Integrity modules, including cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, bank connectivity, statement imports, payment interfaces, accounting configuration, GL integration, and reconciliation, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Solid understanding of treasury operations and processes and how they are enabled through a Treasury Management System.
- Desire and ability to work closely with engagement team members and clients.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally.
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
- Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
Benefits
At EY, we offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary range of $97,300 to $178,300 in all geographic locations in the US, and $116,700 to $202,600 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento). Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension, and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Pay
The base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $97,300 to $178,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $116,700 to $202,600.
