Become a Key Player as a Sr. Test TechnicianYou will perform assembly, disassembly, re-work, and testing of electrical/electronic equipment to support production and maintenance goals. You will work onsite in company facilities on a first shift schedule (8 hours/day), with possible weekends, overtime, and a temp-to-hire engagement model. Your work directly impacts product airworthiness, production throughput, and cross-functional teams that rely on timely, accurate testing. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform disassembly, assembly, re-work, and testing of electrical/electronic equipmentSet up and utilize manual and automated test equipment to conduct tests and troubleshooting of digital and analog circuitryRead and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to diagnose faults and perform failure analysis to the component levelRecord work accurately on maintenance/test records and document test results and non-conformancesFollow written and verbal instructions and complete work according to specifications with limited supervisionMaintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation; participate in 5S and area efficiency projectsAssist other departments as needed and complete required training to maintain job proficiencyComply with safety-sensitive requirements, including FAA drug screening and random testing Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or equivalent3–5 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing/testing environment or completed OJT on at least 10 productsStrong ability to read schematics and understand circuit functionExperience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, LCR meters, power analyzers, and other test instrumentsExperience with manual and automated test equipment (ATE) and test data logging/analysis toolsProven troubleshooting and failure analysis skills on analog and digital circuitry to the component levelAbility to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and perform typical physical tasks of an electronics technicianSolid verbal and written technical communication skills and general computer literacy (MS Office) Here's What Else Might Help You OutPrior experience in aerospace or highly regulated industriesFamiliarity programming and operating environmental test chambers Pay Range$22.40 - $28.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
