FAA - Production Assembler 1

Help produce mechanical and electromechanical assemblies that support critical product lines in this onsite role.

Schedule

• First shift (Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–8:00 AM start window)
• Occasional evening/weekend overtime

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following defined instructions and safety procedures
• Complete a hands-on assessment as part of the interview process and demonstrate the ability to follow coaching and feedback
• Maintain reliable attendance to meet guaranteed hours and production schedules
• Participate in random drug testing and comply with FAA drug screen requirements for this safety-sensitive role

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Consistent, excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to be coached and follow detailed instructions
• Willingness to complete and pass a hands-on skills assessment

Pay

$13.60 - $17.00/hour
