- Process loans efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with dealership sales team to finalize deals and negotiate terms
- Utilize customer relationship management tools effectively
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry
Requirements
- Proven experience in F&I within a dealership setting
- Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management systems
- Familiarity with 10 key typing
- Exceptional customer service skills
