F&I Manager

About the role

The F&I Manager at Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago is responsible for managing the finance and insurance processes for all sales transactions. This includes negotiating terms, processing paperwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize finance and insurance agreements for customers.
• Process paperwork related to finance and insurance agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with third-party finance and insurance providers.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all finance and insurance transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and insurance roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

The base salary for this position is $60,000 per year, with an annual bonus opportunity.
