About the role

McCartney Produce, a FreshEdge LLC company, is hiring Endorsement - F, CDL B, or CDL A Local & Regional Reefer Drivers in Nashville, TN. Drivers will haul fresh fruits and vegetables to valued partners with the goal of feeding the Midwest. Responsibilities

• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Pre and post trip inspection of vehicle.
• Make customer deliveries according to route plan.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Operate vehicle safely within company guidelines to minimize accidents, traffic violations and public complaints.
• Review paperwork for accuracy, checking orders for correct number of pallets/cases.
• Enter trip data into on‑board computer.
• Comply with FMCSA regulations.

Requirements

• F Endorsement (required).
• CDL B or CDL A (local & regional).
• 1 year of driving experience (preferred).

Pay

Average annual salary is $45,000‑$70,000 or more per year (approximately $900‑$1,400 per week), which includes $125 for each overnight layover and scheduled annual increases.

Schedule

Work 55‑65 hours per week; weekly paychecks.
