F&B Storeroom Attendant (Full-Time)

What You'll Do:

• Store all items in designated areas while ensuring proper labeling, rotation (FIFO), and cleanliness.
• Logging, releasing, and inventorying items in storeroom area.
• Stock and perform storeroom duties to support Purchasing operations.
• Communicate inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials.
• Review, fill, and deliver requisitions to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to fulfill specific product requests or substitutions.
• Rotate inventory with the First In-First Out method.
• Clean coolers and freezers on a scheduled basis.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have ability to use computer to process system requisitions.
• Must have open availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must have ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis, pull, and push a moderate to heavy amount of weight.
