F&B Server (part-time)

Part-time position aboard the historic Napa Valley Wine Train, a luxury experience in Napa's Wine Country for over 30 years.

Join the team of the Napa Valley Wine Train. This historic, luxury, and iconic experience has been a staple in Napa's Wine Country for over 30 years. As an F&B Server/Steward, you'll be part of this legacy while helping create unforgettable guest experiences during all Wine Train experiences.

Responsibilities

• Bring magic and excellence to all wine train experiences as part of the premium guest service team
• Deliver outstanding hospitality aboard the historic train and iconic excursions
• Bring pride, professionalism, and positive energy to every shift
• Maintain high energy and excellent rapport with children and adults
• Show strong composure in fast-paced situations
• Demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability
• Provide a welcoming smile and create memorable guest experiences

Requirements

• Consistent days, evenings, and weekend availability (no exceptions)
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/server experience preferred
• Wine knowledge and familiarity with Napa Valley history strongly preferred
• Ability to multitask, think critically, and actively listen
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Comfortable working on a moving train
• Positive, adaptable, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to speak and understand English

Schedule

All servers must be available to work both of the following shifts, with no exceptions:

• Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Availability for both shifts is mandatory for all servers.

Pay

$16.90–$28.00 per hour (with gratuity)
