About the role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a F&B Outlet Supervisor. Reporting to the F&B Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of an outlet, the overall daily management of a shift, and supporting the budget process.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage effective and efficient schedules to maintain labor costs and meet staffing objectives.
- Support and assist in the budget process for the department, providing recommendations and ensuring compliance with budget initiatives.
- Ensure superior customer service standards are met by all team members and address any issues promptly.
- Enforce gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage Department.
- Maintain and develop procedures for food service, inspect menu items for maximum customer satisfaction, and ensure efficient sanitary and pleasant service for all guests.
- Manage cost control methods and procedures, monitor consistent pars and inventory, and assist the Food & Beverage Manager with administrative duties.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
- Supervise staff development and training programs, evaluate team members, provide feedback, recommend staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- A minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Two years of Food and Beverage experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum two years of previous supervisory experience.
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various groups.

Qualifications
- Must be able to qualify for necessary licenses and permits.
- Regularly stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
- Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds occasionally, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Exposure to an environment containing unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke.
- Under surveillance (audio surveillance in limited areas).
- Work in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
Benefits

Pay
$50,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Shifts may include all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
