F&I MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Secure financing approvals through approved lending institutions
• Present financing options and explain contract terms clearly and professionally
• Offer and sell F&I products
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance partners
• Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant
• Work closely with the Sales Department to facilitate timely vehicle deliveries
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals for product penetration and profitability
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and lender regulations

Qualifications

• Previous Finance Manager or F&I experience preferred
• Powersports, Automotive, RV, Or Marine Finance Experience Preferred
• Strong closing and sales skills
• Experience with lender relations and finance contract processing
• Ability to explain financial products clearly and professionally
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Valid driver's license required
