We are seeking an EYFS teacher to join our ambitious and friendly team. The role involves delivering a broad and balanced curriculum, ensuring children achieve their very best academically, and providing wide‑ranging opportunities that encourage aspiration – such as camping trips, visits to the seaside, curriculum days and outdoor learning. The successful candidate will foster a positive learning environment where all children feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Facilitate a positive learning environment where all children feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
• Ensure children achieve their very best academically.
• Provide access to wide‑ranging opportunities that encourage aspiration (e.g., camping trips, seaside visits, curriculum days, outdoor learning).
• Maintain continuous provision in Early Years through to Year 1 as part of the school’s approach.
• Engage children through engaging lessons and exciting opportunities.
• Foster a happy, nurturing and inspiring atmosphere where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn.

Requirements

• Qualified teacher (QTS).
• Patience and understanding when working with young children.
• Ability to quickly adjust teaching methods to meet the needs of all children.
• Flexibility to handle unexpected situations with professionalism and patience.
