About the role

As a Senior Director in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy & Execution – Deal Technology practice focusing on Health IT, you will lead high-impact engagements that drive both cost optimization and top-line growth across complex transactions and corporate transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead value-creation technology projects that span cost optimization and growth enablement.
  • Guide clients through IT-focused strategies that enhance operational efficiency and unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Advising senior stakeholders, collaborating across functions, and applying emerging technologies (Clinical and revenue cycle management platforms, AI, cloud, data analytics) to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Build trusted relationships, problem-solving, storytelling, and outcomes-driven approaches.
  • Collaborate with project teams comprising colleagues from across the EY-Parthenon sub-service lines.
  • Drive business development, present and conduct client meetings, and contribute to practice development initiatives.
  • Coach junior colleagues to become high-performing and support talent development.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, Analytics or related field and 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare professional services firm or health technology company, IT strategy, digital transformation, and transaction advisory.
  • Expertise in hands-on technical implementation of major acute EHR platforms, enterprise architecture of clinical platforms and revenue cycle management platforms, software centric product environments, network infrastructure architecture, and emerging tech familiarity.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive change.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with experience advising senior executives.
  • Track record of influencing decision-makers and driving initiatives to completion, especially where technology and business strategy intersect.
  • Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • Established networking skills and a presence in the industry (e.g., speaking at conferences, publishing thought leadership on technology value creation).

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $250,000 to $290,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
