Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues.
- Develop work plans, design and conduct analyses, and synthesize conclusions.
- Manage and direct the analytical efforts of junior team members on a daily basis.
- Work on a variety of client issues, such as developing growth strategies, performing due diligence, assessing attractiveness of potential targets, understanding new markets, turning around underperforming institutions, reducing operating costs, and implementing change.
Requirements
- Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
- Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or a quantitative type of research function.
- Interest in telecommunications or digital infrastructure (including data centers, wireless infrastructure, broadband infrastructure, satellite communications and related industries).
- Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment.
- Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with at least 18 months of related work experience.
- MBA or graduate degree with at least 18 months of related work experience.
- A strong understanding of digital infrastructure business models, as well as experience and/or knowledge within the digital infrastructure competitive eco-system and value chain.
- Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
Skills
- Perform secondary research using a variety of sources (e.g., analyst reports, market research reports, news articles).
- Executing various analyses (e.g., customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, macroeconomic forecasting) to support the strategic recommendations.
- Designing and executing in-depth interview guides with key organizational stakeholders, industry experts and customers.
- Analyzing business plans and pro-forma financial models to help identify key assumptions and drivers.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $130,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
We expect most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
