Responsibilities

  • Make intelligent and informed decisions about people, place, and technology in strategic and/or operational corporate real estate issues.
  • Work with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Manage and execute projects across all sectors, supporting our client service teams across a national practice.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
  • Credible, related work experience, supporting business development and driving delivery of strategic projects for a large client or set of clients in the field of corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or technology consulting.
  • Knowledge and experience in at least three of the core corporate real estate consulting disciplines of operating model design, organizational design, and service delivery, as well as portfolio, workplace, occupancy, location, sustainability, technology, digital workplace strategy, and M&A/Divestiture support.
  • Experience supporting project management activities, such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and budget management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products.

Qualifications

  • Prior professional services or management consulting experience.
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field/discipline is preferred.
  • Established networking skills.
  • Professional accreditation in real estate, design, engineering, construction, project management and process improvements, such as PE, PMP, CCIM, QCPR, MCR, SLCR, CPM and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

Pay

$220,000 to $235,000 base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US.
