Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategy development, transactions, and turn-arounds for clients.
  • Collaborate with EY Parthenon team members to realize improved returns for clients by identifying and unlocking value through improvements in corporate/BU strategy, go-to-market strategy (including digital), commercial operating model, and optimization of the commercial functions (sales, service, marketing, pricing).
  • Identify, define, quantify, and realize sustainable value through revenue enhancement and cost and margin improvement tied to the commercial aspects of the clients’ business.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Experience in:
    • Corporate and/or BU strategy development.
    • Commercial functions (e.g. sales, marketing, customer service, pricing).
    • Go-to-market strategy and revenue synergy design/capture for traditional, digital and hybrid commercial models.
    • Evaluation of market landscape including market size, competition, market trends and resulting commercial implications.
    • Pre-deal strategy including growth assessments (e.g. profitability assessments, clean room, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
  • Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.

Pay

Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $130,000 to $185,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
