About the role

EY-Parthenon’s Corporate Finance Practice offers a unique blend of transformative strategy, transactions, and corporate finance solutions. We partner with CEOs, CFOs, Boards, Private Equity firms, and Governments to deliver practical, actionable advice. This role involves executing a variety of corporate finance engagements, performing financial analysis and valuations, and communicating insights to client executives.

Responsibilities

  • Helping to take solutions to market with existing and target clients
  • Leading the professional engagement execution team
  • Communicating our advice to client executives

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Strategic mindset: Regularly advising clients on complex corporate finance and valuation matters
  • Communication: Gathering and communicating strategic insights from various functional areas within a client's organization
  • Financial acumen and modeling capabilities: Using strong technical skills in corporate finance concepts and application
  • PowerPoint skills: Building client report out decks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business with at least 5 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with at least 4 years of related work experience
  • Financial modeling proficiency
  • Experience performing valuations
  • Experience manipulating, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets
  • Knowledge of leveraging firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot

Pay

The base salary range for this position in the US is $121,600 to $222,800. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $145,900 to $253,300. Individual salaries are determined based on a variety of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Schedule

Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year. We offer a flexible vacation policy where you decide how much vacation time you need based on your personal circumstances. Additionally, you'll be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed.
