About the role

SIMONA PMC is an extrusion company specializing in the manufacture of plastic sheet products for recreational vehicles, agricultural, and industrial applications. The company has a facility in Findlay with over 70 employees who work in a close-knit environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the production process of plastic sheet products
• Participate in team projects to improve efficiency and quality
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Physical ability to perform tasks in a manufacturing setting
