What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate extrusion press machines
• Load materials and prepare equipment for production
• Monitor temperatures, speeds, and machine performance
• Inspect products to make sure they meet quality standards
• Use measuring tools like calipers and gauges
• Make machine adjustments as needed
• Perform cutting and finishing work
• Move materials using cranes and forklifts
• Keep production records organized and accurate
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

What You Bring

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to read work instructions and production drawings
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to work well independently and with a team

Physical & Work Environment

• Hot and noisy manufacturing environment
• Standing and moving for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• PPE required, including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
