Extrusion Machine Operator 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup and Operation: Configure extrusion machines according to production requirements, calibrate settings, load materials, and monitor the process.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine checks, clean equipment, and carry out minor repairs. Collaborate with maintenance teams for more complex issues.
• Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet specified standards and adjust as necessary.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and comply with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Essential Skills: Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Technical Background: A technical diploma in industrial technology or mechanical engineering is preferred, but a high school diploma with on-the-job training may be sufficient.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus $1 per hour shift differential
