Extrusion Blow Moulding Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned tool and colour changes on extrusion blow moulding machines.
• Fault finding and making process adjustments as required to ensure components meet specifications.
• Ensure optimum processes are established and maintained.
• Follow company procedures while supporting the shift team.
• Ensure products meet set quality standards.
• Report any machine or quality faults promptly to management.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the shift.
• Perform all other production activities efficiently, adhering to ISO quality and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering or mechanical background (experience in the plastics industry is desirable but not essential; training will be provided).
• Strong team player with effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn processes and operations.
• Honest, reliable, and accountable.
• Hard‑working with a positive “can do” attitude.
• Conscientious with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
