Extra Duty-Yearbook Club Advisor

Posting closes for in-district bargaining unit members on August 11, 2026 at 5 pm. If the position is not filled, outside applicants will be considered thereafter until filled. Projected start date to be determined by the district.

About the Role

This position combines two roles at Sam Barlow High School: Head Coach for a high school sport and Advisor for the Yearbook Club.

Requirements

• Experience in the noted sport/activity and/or coaching
• Fingerprinting and criminal background check (required by law due to potential for unsupervised contact with students)
• NFHS certification (required for high school coaching positions)
• First aid card and bloodborne pathogen training (required before beginning duties)
