Extra Care - Summer Day Camp Director

About the role

This position oversees the Morning and After Care programs, ensuring a safe, structured, and welcoming environment for campers before and after the regular camp day. The Extra Care Supervisor manages daily extra care operations, supervises extra care staff, and maintains strong communication with parents and camp leadership in ensuring a smooth transition between extra care and regular camp activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Passing background check
• First Aid/CPR certification
