About the Role

This full-time Exterminator role is an on-site position based in Eau Claire, WI. The Exterminator will inspect residential and commercial properties, identify pest issues, and implement appropriate treatment plans using approved methods and products.

Responsibilities

• Apply integrated pest management practices
• Maintain accurate service records
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines at all times
• Communicate clearly with clients about findings, treatment options, and preventive strategies
• Schedule follow-up visits and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with team members
• Support occasional lawn care and related services as needed

Qualifications

• Strong pest control skills, including Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management, with the ability to diagnose and treat a variety of infestations
• Familiarity with pest-related tools, techniques, and safety protocols, and willingness to learn new technologies and methods
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, explaining services, and documenting work clearly
• High attention to safety, including use of personal protective equipment and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for travel to customer sites in the Eau Claire, WI area
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and working in varied indoor and outdoor environments
• Prior experience in pest control or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
• Reliability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture
