About the role

This position involves maintaining attractive and clean landscapes through mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and general grounds maintenance. The technician will be responsible for outdoor landscaping, exterior cleaning, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform year-round landscaping tasks, including mowing and pruning
• Maintain grounds around parking lots and buildings
• Work collaboratively with a team

• May require travel to perform duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Able to operate motor vehicles and obtain necessary licenses
• Effective communication skills
• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor
• Experience in landscaping, maintenance, or related fields is preferred
