Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for exterior remodeling projects, with a focus on siding, cladding, and windows.
• Lead teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize project management software and digital workflow tools (familiarity with Buildertrend is a plus).
• Track and report on project metrics and performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing operations in exterior remodeling, with a focus on siding, cladding, or windows.
• Proven track record of leading teams and coordinating multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and solve problems proactively.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with reporting, metrics, and performance tracking.
• Experience with project management software and digital workflow tools.

Pay

$100,000 - $120,000 per year
