Responsibilities

• Build and sell homes
• Manage projects from design to completion
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with finance and insurance teams to secure funding and coverage
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the homeownership journey

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Experience in home construction or related field preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in home construction or related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
