Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer issues efficiently

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools
