Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift; handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions.
- Own the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is correct.
- Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and sound.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and top‑notch service.
- Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs to solve problems independently.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial. One year of hotel or related experience; supervisory experience is a plus.

Schedule
