Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM); handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
- Own the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate.
- Conduct regular security walks to maintain a safe and watchful presence for guests.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to inform management of overnight activity.
- Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch during overnight hours.
- Solve technical issues using Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools independently.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
