Extended Day Coordinator

JOB DUTIES

• Work as part of an exceptional team to:
  • Cook up the daily operations of the Extended Day program
  • Serve as the primary on-site support for Extended Day staff by providing guidance, coordinating schedules, room coverage, student transitions, and staff assignments
  • Monitor attendance and dismissal procedures, including scanning weekly attendance sheets, coordinating safe dismissals, and assisting with parent communication and student pick-up
  • Support staff through coaching, modeling best practices, and providing coverage during breaks, absences, or other staffing needs
  • Serve as the first point of contact for student behavior concerns, partnering with staff and the Assistant Director to implement positive behavior strategies and document incidents as needed
